Privacy Policy for the SILIVERO Online Store

§ 1. General Provisions
This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for processing personal data by the SILIVERO online store, available at

SILIVERO complies with applicable laws, including:
a) Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR),
b) the Polish Act of 10 May 2018 on Personal Data Protection,
c) the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means.
Personal data of Customers is processed in accordance with applicable laws to ensure security and privacy.
§ 2. Data Controller

The Administrator processes personal data voluntarily provided by the Customer, including:
a) full name,
b) email address,
c) phone number,
d) delivery address,
e) billing information.
The Administrator may also process technical and operational data such as IP address, cookies, session
details, and purchase history.
§ 4. Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
a) contract execution (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR),
b) compliance with legal obligations, such as tax regulations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR),
c) direct marketing, including newsletter distribution (Article 6(1)(f) or Article 6(1)(a) GDPR – with consent),
d) handling complaints (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Consent-based data processing may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing
before withdrawal.

b) online payment operators (e.g., PayU, Przelewy24),

g) lodge a complaint with the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).
§ 7. Data Retention Period
Personal data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes of processing:
a) for contract performance and related tax purposes – 5 years from the end of the calendar year,
b) for consent-based data – until consent is withdrawn,
c) until claims arising from the contract expire.
§ 8. Cookies
The online store uses cookies to ensure proper functionality and for analytical and marketing purposes.

a) session cookies (deleted after closing the browser),
b) persistent cookies (stored for a defined period).
