SILIVERO complies with applicable laws, including:

b) the Polish Act of 10 May 2018 on Personal Data Protection,

c) the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means.

Personal data of Customers is processed in accordance with applicable laws to ensure security and privacy.

a) contract execution (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR),

a) for contract performance and related tax purposes – 5 years from the end of the calendar year,

b) for consent-based data – until consent is withdrawn,

c) until claims arising from the contract expire.
