Terms and Conditions of the SILIVERO Online Store

Effective from: 01.01.2024

§ 1. General Provisions

The sole owner of the SILIVERO brand is CAFE RACER ROBERT DZIEDZIC.

These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the SILIVERO online store, available at 

www.silivero.com, operated by CAFE RACER ROBERT DZIEDZIC, registered at Śląska47 32-080 Zabierzów 

Poland, VAT ID: PL9451688813.

These Terms and Conditions are available on the store’s website and can be downloaded, saved, or printed.

The buyer can be a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit without legal personality, making 

purchases in the online store (hereinafter referred to as the Customer).

The offer of the store is directed only at adults.

§ 2. Offer and Orders

SILIVERO sells jewelry online through its website.

All prices on the website are gross prices (including VAT) and are expressed in Euro €.

Product information, including images and descriptions, is for informational purposes. Differences in product 

appearance may result from individual screen settings.

Orders can be placed via:

a) the website,

b) email,

c) phone.

An order is processed after confirmation and payment receipt (unless cash on delivery is selected).

If a product is unavailable, the Customer will be informed about possible options, including a refund.

§ 3. Payment and Delivery

Customers can pay for their orders in the following ways:

a) bank transfer,

b) online payment.

Delivery costs depend on the chosen shipping method and are indicated during the ordering process.

Orders are delivered via Polish Post or courier services.

§ 4. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days from 

the date of receiving the product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must submit an explicit declaration (e.g., email or letter).

If the Customer withdraws from the contract, they must return the product to the following address: Silivero 

Śląska47 32-080 Zabierzów Poland, in its original, undamaged condition, within 14 days of submitting the 

declaration.

The cost of returning the product is borne by the Customer.

A refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

§ 5. Complaints

All products offered in the store are covered by a 2-year statutory warranty in accordance with the Civil Code.

Complaints should be submitted via email to info@silivero.com or in writing to Silivero Śląska47 32-080 

Zabierzów Poland.

A complaint should include:

a) the Customer's contact details

b) a description of the defect

c) proof of purchase

The store will process the complaint within 14 days of receipt and inform the Customer of the outcome.

If the complaint is accepted, the product will be repaired, replaced, or a refund will be issued, depending on 

the Customer's preference and product availability.

§ 6. Data Protection

The administrator of personal data is CAFE RACER ROBERT DZIEDZIC.

Personal data is processed solely for order fulfillment based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.

Customers have the right to access, rectify, delete, or restrict the processing of their personal data.

Detailed information on data processing can be found in the Privacy Policy available on the store’s website.

§ 7. Final Provisions

These Terms and Conditions are effective as of the publication date on the store’s website.

SILIVERO reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions in case of legal or service-related changes.

Matters not regulated herein are governed by Polish law, particularly the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights

Act. Disputes arising from sales contracts will be settled by a competent court.
